====================================================================== Archive Maintainer : This is an updated version of CRAZDOOM.ZIP dating back to April 1994. The original version used a homemade patching utility to modify your doom.wad. This version is contained in a standard wad which can be used with Doom, Ultimate Doom, or Doom II. Update to : crazdoom.zip (NOT in the idgames archive) Recommended location : ./idgames/combos/crazdm20.zip Advanced engine needed : no Primary purpose : No levels included (this is a monster/sound/graphics patch) ====================================================================== Title : Crazy Doom v2.0 Filename : crazdm20.wad Release date : December 2000 (Original - April 1994) Authors : Original version - Asylum Software Inc. Version 2 Update - Sparky of KISS Software Email Address : kelm@eisa.net.au Description : Five new monsters, some graphics, and a heap of wacky sounds for Doom, Ultimate Doom, or Doom II. This is one of the first patches I converted to wad format back in early 1997. It was distributed on local BBSs at the time but now I can dust it off and put it on the net for all to enjoy ;) The only changes from the original are: - added some graphics: titlepic, m_doom, stdisk, and endoom. - added extra copies of the sky textures for use with Doom II. Additional Credits to : Asylum Software Inc (Jely, E---, Tim Rooney) for the original patch version. id Software for providing the means for me to waste thousands of hours of my life. My wife for allowing me to waste thousands of hours of my life.
